THE WASHINGTON, D.C. BUS.

Washington DC Bus 2012 header image

StartupBus DC is kind of like a campaign bus traveling across the country, but instead of pandering and baby-kissing, we get shit done. The DC bus will be filled with some of the most talented, ambitious and scrappy hackers in the country and their sheer awesomeness will have a chance to shine in Austin this year. By the end of the competition, all the other regions will understand that "nation's capital" actually refers to DC's status in the startup world.

If you’re a hacker (front-end and back-end), designer or hustler with a predilection for long bus rides and a thirst for adventure, we want you. The bus leaves March 6th so apply now to reserve a seat (and we mean that in the most literal sense—go apply once you’re done reading this sentence).

Derina Man is a Canadian vagabond and the conductor for the DC bus. She’s a do'er by trade and spends her days and nights ninja-ing everything in her path. She hasn’t met you yet but she’s got a good feeling about you already.
