CUSTOMER:
Any person who uses an e-mail application and that could develop nonlinear skills in order to
improve in time and effort for checking, sending, saving or erasing e-mails.
PAIN POINT:
Nonlinear interfaces on e-mail make users to spend time and effort doing e-mail actions, which
makes old applications hurt and a pain for the user. Including the new platform this pain could be
relieved by our idea.
